JAHZARA AND GABBY'S CHEESECAKE BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS
Brownie
- 25 cm square tin (25×25)
- 220g Dark chocolate 70%
- 220g unsalted Butter
- 440g caster sugar
- 4 eggs
- 60g Cocoa Powder
- 80g Plain flour
- 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 3/4 tsp Salt
Cheesecake mix (on top)
- 500g cream cheese
- 110g caster sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla Extract
HOW TO MAKE
Brownies
- Grease and line tray (2 long pieces).
- Melt chocolate & butter.
- Whisk sugar and egg till pale.
- Pour chocolate mix into the egg mix and whisk on low.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; whisk until combined.
- Scrape sides and mix.
- Save a little bit of brownie batter for swirl.
- Add cream cheese and sugar, eggs, and vanilla and mix for 4-5 min
- Spread cheesecake batter onto the brownies.
- Add 1 tsp of boiled water to saved brownie batter.
- Dollop, swirl, and bake at 175c (fan) 30-35 minutes.
Caramel
- Boil sugar and water till a light amber colour is visible.
- Add butter and cream.
