Tshepiso's Corn Steam Bread
Corn Steam Bread
6c Cake flour
6Tbsp sugar
1tsp salt
1 Sachet yeast
4 Tbsp Melted butter
200ml Milk
Lukewarm water
1/2c Canned Corn in brine
- Mix the dry ingredients
- Add butter, milk and enough water to form a dough and knead for 8 – 10 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Add the corn and knead until incorporated
- Rest for 1 hour until double in size
- Separate dough into ramekins and steam for 30- 45 minutes

Crushed garlic
Potatoes, cubed
Aromat
- Sauté onion, add garlic until onion is softened.
- Add Spinach, Aromat and potatoes and cook on low heat until potatoes are cooked

- Fry the onions and carrots and add Seasoning
- Add baked beans
Chicken
Chicken pieces
Seasoning
- Season Chicken and grill in preheated oven for 40 minutes
