Beef & Cheddar Focaccia Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
- 2 pieces store-bought focaccia-style bread (about 8–10 cm each)
- 200 g beef fillet, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Clover Olive Pride Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 50 g Clover white cheddar, Sliced
- 4–6 pickles, sliced lengthwise (gherkin or dill pickles work well)
- Optional: mustard or aioli for extra flavor
- Clover Salted Butter

METHOD
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the beef fillet slices, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until just browned and tender (about 3–4 minutes depending on thickness). 2. Prep the Focaccia:
- Slice your focaccia horizontally.
- Optional: lightly toast the bread with butter or a bit of olive oil in a pan for
- Add lettuce and slices of tomato.
- Layer the cooked garlic beef on the bottom half of each focaccia.
- Top with slices or shreds of white cheddar.
- Place pickles on top of the cheese.
- Optional: spread mustard or aioli on the top half of the bread.
