Vegan Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake
800g sugar
250g aquafaba
150g cocoa
500g almond milk
490g flour
250g sunflower oil
20g bicarb
20g royal baking powder
500g boiling water
- Whisk the aquafaba and the sugar together, add the dry ingredients and the milk and oil, beat till its smooth, and add the boiling water
- Grease the baking tins, and pour the mixture in, bake at 180°c for about 40min, check with a skewer, if it comes out clean it’s ready
