Vegan Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake

800g sugar
250g aquafaba
150g cocoa
500g almond milk
490g flour
250g sunflower oil
20g bicarb
20g royal baking powder
500g boiling water

  1. Whisk the aquafaba and the sugar together, add the dry ingredients and the milk and oil, beat till its smooth, and add the boiling water
  2. Grease the baking tins, and pour the mixture in, bake at 180°c for about 40min, check with a skewer, if it comes out clean it’s ready

Coconut Cream Ganache

1kg chocolate
300g coconut cream

  1. Bring the coconut cream to a boil in a pot, and add the chocolate
