The contestants learn all about the flavours of proudly South African fynbos at The Cape Town Fynbos Experience. Giselle Courtney treats them to a masterclass in the unique culinary flavours of the Fynbos biome before they are challenged to infuse these unique flavours into a fine dining plated dessert to avoid being the next contestant eliminated from the competition.
