Gabriella’s Greek Coconut Pudding

Get Gabriella’s delicious Greek Coconut Pudding recipe as seen on The Taste Master Junior Season 1 Episode 4

Ingredients:

Pudding: 
125 g Clover butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 cups desiccated coconut 
1 cup flour
1 tbsp Royal Baking powder

Syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar 
4 lemon rind

How to make Greek Coconut Pudding:

  1. Cream your butter and sugar together until light and fluffy 
  2. Slowly incorporate your eggs, flour and baking powder 
  3. Mix in your desiccated coconut 
  4. Pour batter into ramekins and bake at 180 degrees until baked through 
  5. Poke holes in the top and drizzle your syrup over the top and let soak in 
  6. Serve warm with a side of Clover Custard
