Charné’s Bread Rolls and Num Num Jam

Charné's Melkbrood and Num Num Jam


600g flour
40g sugar
40g butter
10g salt
16g yeast
5ml Royal Baking Powder
320g warm milk

  1. Mix all together until it forms a soft beautiful dough, proof the dough for at least a hour.
  2. Shape the dough into the shaped you would like, proof again, and bake at 180°c

Num Num Jam

300g num nums
1 cup water
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 cups water

  1. Boil all together and mash the num nums, reduce until its thickened

Cheese Spread

1/2 cup marscapone cheese
1/4cup ricotta cheese
1 vanilla pod
1tbsp honey

  1. Mix all together and drizzle extra honey over
