Episode 4: The Pasta Challenge

Coming up on #TheTasteMasterSA: It’s an elimination challenge and tensions are at an all time high for Kershnie, Larce, Mpho, Xolile, Chevonne and Lucky as one of them will be cooking for the last time in the Taste Master kitchen.

After winning the relay challenge Danielle, Tinyiko and Meggan enjoy a special outing to Allee Bleue to see how high quality fresh herbs are grown.

Meanwhile the other contestants get a crash course in handmade fresh pasta from the experts at Scala Pasta / Bar,  Group Executive Chef Justin Barker and Head Chef Wesley Roos.

The contestants then need to take what they have learned back into the kitchen and prepare their own unique pasta dish from scratch. It’s all about executing the basics to perfection.
