Lubabalo’s Leftover Meat Lover Pizza

Toppings:

Tomato Base

½ cup of tomato puree
½ tomato paste
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil

BBQ Sauce

1 cup of tomato sauce
½ cup of honey
½ tbsp paprika
¼ cup white vinegar
½ tbsp onion powder
½ tbsp garlic powder
¼ cup of brown sugar

Let it simmer on medium heat until well combined and sugar has dissolved

Cheese – Measure with your heart!

Mix of Clover Tussers, Cheddar, Gouda and Mozzarella

Method

Spread 2tbsp tbsp tomato base and 1tbsp BBQ sauce on pizza base
Add the grated mixed cheese on the base
Then add beef stew mixture
Add some more cheese on top (there is no such thing as too much cheese)
Add in pizza oven for 1m30s/ normal oven on highest degree for 10-12 minutes or until crust has gotten a char colour
